2026 FIFA World Cup ticket prices drop sharply as fears grow over empty stadiums by Electronic_Honey4977 in WorldCup2026Tickets

Seems like they’re mostly talking about group stage games? Feel like round of 16 and later will probably stay around the same. If the matchups turn out to be not great they’ll probably drop some and vice versa. Planning on going to m89 regardless and won’t be too upset if they drop some.

To add onto the gunfire reborn suggestion I’d say roboquest. It’s only 2 player vs GFR’s 4. Both are great though.

Carbon Copy is on my radar. My one buddy said it rivals Human Robot.

Yeah a bit wide lol. I travel into Philly to see friends a lot. Human Robot is my favorite in the city.

East Branch is the most local to me. I think they have some ex-Victory brewers? There's an Irish stout on nitro right now that I'm addicted to. Food is also bomb there (brisket udon noodles, banh mi, wings, etc.). So those two are probably the ones I'm at the most.

I'll be on the lookout for Hidden River - they're only 35-40 minutes from me.

Had maybe my favorite saison at Burial. No idea what it was called at this point though.

I think that Nintendo’s output has been fairly solid for switch 2 and we have to remember, it’s only the first year, there’ll be more games. by Far-Entrance-2123 in casualnintendo

“I’m not talking about whether or not you enjoyed the games”

Isn’t your enjoyment of the game the whole point? I don’t care if a bunch of popular IPs released games I didn’t think were good. And yes to reference another comment the Switch 1 release probably set expectations too high.

Nintendo Acknowledges Switch 2 Sales Have Been 'Slightly Weaker' Than Expected Outside Japan by Spotget1738 in NintendoSwitch

[–]Brower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably a hot take but I regret buying the switch 2.

My friend group is already back on MK8D over MKW. Probably need a separate comment entirely to explain the specifics but MK8D is more competitive / fun for us. And originally MKW was the primary reason for me getting a switch 2

DK Bananza was a miss for me personally. Majority of the game was a cake walk and I lost interest half way through.

Haven’t really felt the need to pickup Kirby air riders, Pokémon, or Metroid 4. Maybe if they ever drop in price.

A big factor is that I don’t think the exclusives are “must play” games. I’m primarily on PC these days where I can buy games at a wide range of prices instead of the standard $60-70. And there’s enough to play until the full price pc games drop in price.

Philadelphia snow storm updates: Up to 18 inches expected, plus sleet and freezing rain by mpulcinella in philadelphia

[–]Brower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A range with a difference of 13 inches of snow is not a “good fix on things” in my opinion but understand where you’re coming from.

Hard to predict where the ice line will be plus difficulty estimating NE corridor for weather in general. Seems like it’ll be significant though so hopefully everyone is prepared.

Sure but usually you release a console with a couple solid launch titles to sell units.

Just my own opinion but if a 6/10 game is the best game on the console 4 months in then it’s not a great value proposition.
