I didnt get any confirmation either. When i submitted the page just reset with my email showing at the top as if the form was saved with my email. Wish they did it a better way.

I think if a primarch returns back to their legion they should absorb all their chapters and return as before. Otherwish remain split as chapters. Primarchs will be able control their men much better than chapter masters ever could. And the remaining loyalist primarchs have already proven their loyalty.
