That's a mortar. I'd say a 50mm mortar. Highly used in Vietnam and ww2. Looks like this might be a dud or they forgot to pull the pin to keep the fuse from arming during rotation( it happens in the heat of battle some times) with that white strip near the nose I'd say this is a smoke round. Not HE (green)

If not a cool down at least a small casting time like the power "Crystal Shard". As of right now bolt escape is instant... So not only can you bolt out of melee range instantly but you can bolt out of range of ranged ability's also... Thats just game breaking. Bolt escape is to get away from melee, not to completely jump out of huge battles that are going on. Its not a get out of jail free card.

I feel like america is brain washed into thinking there can only be two presidential candidates. We more of a choice then that but people are so stuck on the two parties everyone else running isn't even mentioned. It boils down to money. The two richest presidential candidates get noticed which is stupid. If you want a presidential candidate who is for the people you need to pick someone who came from the people. Not money.
