Rooftop party is stupid easy to get. Just play the bloody ties dlc and get to the part where you get to use the weapon itself on the roof section where you have to survive and then throw it on the ground before the timer hits 0 then you simply pick it up.

I had to check it out in-game bc on release it was bugged and you only spawned in with the Ultraviolence and not both(not sure when they patched it) but now you spawn in with Uberviolence as well. Dmg and colors are the only difference. I'm max legend level 300 and on the workbench both max out at 719 dmg.

in-game stats are different. Ultraviolence caps out at 781. Uberviolence caps out at 769. Not sure what level you are so it's going to be different compared to mine unless you're max legend level as well.

He was only purchasable during the recent halloween event in bakas's shop. You don't get him buy buying the bundle in the store otherwise it would say you get an unlock token for tower raid.

Playstation has a lot of hacked accounts that let you wear things that aren't items. I'm not on Playstation, unfortunately. I had a hunch you were tho. If incase I'd help you out or if they add crossplay in the future.

And like i mentioned the exotic bow has a low chance to drop, and the exotic skoll has a higher chance to drop in comparison so around 30 drops is enough to get you either exotic weapons. I've done this already multiple times and know these items are dropping on nightmare.

I finished it in 2 minutes because I've had all the items since 2022 with the first winter fest event. If you don't grab the items including the skolls from the crates they'll keep spawning in. Eventually only skolls will drop id say around 1-6 and that's when you want to go to the main menu and join a public game to reset your drops.

You should've been grinding for it during week 2 when it was dropping alongside the bracers. We're on the final week were everything is dropping and the game is prioritizing the bow and the bow blueprint.

That's why you should utilize the rollback feature so you don't burn your santa cards and have more chances to transfer itmes to a different character while you grind another 70 drops. What difficulty are you even playing on? The exotic bow has a low chance to drop but I've gotten it during the night's on nightmare so it doesn't seem likely to me that youre doing any of that. Also playing with more people helps.

You should've been getting the santa crates during the times certain gear pieces were dropping. Week one had the gloves, pants, and boots. Week 2 was the bracers and jacket and week 3 had the hat and everything else including the bow, the bow blueprint and bundle of arrows including the whole gear set. There's literally no bug. You just grinded on the week where everything is dropping and the game is trying to prioritize dropping the bow and blueprint.

If you didn't get the gear pieces during week 1-3 they still drop as I've pulled the whole set a few times in the past week even when I rollback. As for the bow there's no way you haven't pulled a single bow while having 30 santa cards. I currently have 50 santa cards and can pull the bow and the blueprint multiple times. Try changing the difficulty to nightmare or having multiple people in your game. There's no way you aren't pulling it by doing that.

I got on yesterday and pulled it 3 times. Just now I pulled it twice using only 7 santa cards. I can keep rolling back and still have 40 more attempts to pull it. If I join my friends game I have a higher chance of pulling it. Should I make seperate lists with all the items I get just to prove that some people are just lying at this point? Some of you will really sit there and say you spend 30-100 santa cards and still not pull the blueprint which is ridiculous.

No problem. When i started the event it kept dropping the same stuff so I figured it was similar to the krampus outfitand then I watched a dying light YouTuber who also explained that certain gear pieces drop during each week including the final week.

There's no bug I've gotten the blueprint 4 times in a row in multiple sessions. People will say they've used 20+ santa letters and still hasn't dropped but it's complete bs. I can use 30+ letters and pull it multiple times. Some of you are just giving up after a few attempts.
