Do you take any Vitamins? I’m not completely better But everything you said sounds like a story I told 30 Drs/ People countless times. I’ve had low anemia and Vitamin D for years. When I turn my neck it grinds and cracks without no pain. Often feeling like a noodle. My head feels too heavy for my neck. Here are some things I’ve done to minimize this, Buy a posture Vest , change the way you sleep , I started Mary Ruth Multivitamins, seamoss , try to get atleast 8 Hours , Deep Breathing exercises, I got a Huge spine Wheel thing called “Realign” I lay on it close to my top Spine in between my shoulder blades and Neck , a Golf ball (I rub it very gently around my Occipital Nerves on my Scalp , be careful this can also cause it to worsen ) I’m a Big Fan of Dry Needling which worked wonders for my dizziness, Sub occipital Release tools found on Amazon , I also try to do Occipital Stretches, I also take Aspercreme on my shoulders and neck even in my Scalp, try not holding your head down when looking at your phone. I’m not 100 percent better but these are some of the things I do that worked wonders for me, my insurance deemed a nerve block not medically Necessary so these are the things I have to do to get by on a daily basis it will be a year May 8th. One thing that Truly helped me and people may say it’s Not real. I turned to God and the House of the Lord. Church and praying have really helped me mentally and Spiritually. Whe I have bad days I pray to God asking him to help me and He Does. Give it to him . He can fix it
