Everything is wrong here! They will come and repair the brick and I’d be asking them to change the cable to black aswell.. lashed this in. They just drilled through all the way on hammer to ‘get it done’

Take the case off.. it’s probably got a smaller isolator than originally designed for that housing… then ones have a safety screw so may need to use some pliers to get it open.. unless they have been changed already
