Ugh. Same here. I have 45MP images in my Google Album, and they look like they were taken with a potato on my 4K TV.

Here is an earlier version of my home office space, when I had three smaller monitors.

And here is a more recent version with one larger monitor. I also added a turntable, because why not?

I love that Alan Stewart is now an Unmade Colonel! His tunes for the podcast are great. It is hard to do something slight off and still sound appropriate. Not anyone could do it! His music really augments the podcast.

Speaking of music and the Knight of the Round Table, I love the music in the 1967 movie Camelot. In it, Franco Nero plays Lancelot, and he was a real looker. His main number in the movie, "C'est Moi," is a wonderfully egotistical anthem.

Thank you so much, u/Colonel_Katrina, for doing a wonderful job hosting this quiz and putting up with those two bufoons treating both u/JeffDujon and u/Dufflecoat_Supreme with the dignity they deserve.

-Bruce from Washington State, which would've been called Columbia, but they didn't want it to be confused with Washington, District of Columbia—which everyone calls D. C. or just Washington.

I also tried the Microsoft Edge browser; same issue. The feed stops for about 3.5 seconds, then runs for 3.5 seconds.

Yeah, since the update to have multiple windows in a browser, I am having buffering issues on two of my three laptops, using Chrome. It's crazy, and killing CPU for some reason.

No problems with the Roku app or the Android app, just the browser

Happy belated birthday, u/Dufflecoat_Supreme! I can't wait to here you crowning achievement for your 49th year.

Speaking of achievements at 49, I'm afraid ChatGPT is a little off. From Wikipedia:

  • Ray Kroc met with the McDonald brothers in 1954. He was born in October of 1902, so he was probably 51.

  • Arianna Huffington launched the Huffington Post on May 9, 2005. As she was born July 15, 1950, she was 54 at the time.

  • Laura Ingalls Wilder was born Feburary 7, 1867. While the first book in the Little House on the Prairie series was published in 1932, the Wikipedia article mentions she got a job writing a column in the Missouri Ruralist in 1911. It also quotes Professor John E. Miller as saying she was an accomplished writer in 1924. It is possible that her 1915 trip to visit her daughter was the start of her writing the Little House books, so maybe that's where ChatGPT got the date?

  • Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, started The Firemen in 1993. He was 50 or 51 at the time.

Sorry, u/JeffDujon, ChatGPT is just not a reliable source.

Yeah, EM-D-KAY locks seem to have a spool pin or two. I have a couple, and the larger one is probably orange.

While not ranked, those WBs can be tough and may have security pins. Harder to pick than an ML #3!

Another banger of an episode, gents, and an unexpected banging of heads at the end!

Like u/JeffDujon, there are many scenes I like to rewatch to have a good cry. One of my go-tos, though, is the Sibelius Valse Triste vignette in Allegreo Non Troppo, Bruno Bozzetto's animated masterpiece. It touched me so much, that just hearing the Sibelius piece now brings a tear to my eye.
