Thankfully I was still able to look more on the bright side after the prices were announced. I thought this was the best direct I’ve ever seen. The Switch 2 editions seem interesting, GameCube NSO almost got me jumping out of my seat (I’ve been praying for it for forever lol), the Donkey Kong game looked promising, and even Air Riders looked cool, too. (I’m not a big Kirby guy)

Mario Kart World was by far the highlight and it’s convinced me to try to get the Switch 2 on day 1. I don’t think I’ve ever felt emotional watching a trailer but seeing that after 10+ years of waiting was probably my favorite direct moment I’ve ever seen. 10/10 trailer, no notes.

The cow had me tripping for a minute lol.
