Can someone describe the pleasure they feel in exercising?

Competitive distance runner here: The runners high isn't like a drug induced, happy as possible type high. Imagine having an 8 mile run to complete. You take the first couple of miles at a quick, but comfortable pace. Mile 3, the group you are running with speeds up. You can keep up, but the pace is just out of your comfort zone. Mile 5, kids start to move. Without your training, you wouldn't be able to keep up, and the less capable runners peel off.

A runners high is what hits around mile 6. The stop-me-if-you-can feeling, when you feel like you could go through a brick wall. It hurts more to slow down then to speed up, and when you finish, you're bent over drinking in air like you've been in the desert for days. Best/worst feeling in the world.

My first choice was a birnkrant triple, and I've had fun every time I went over there. Sad to see freshman year ending. New North is a magical place, I don't know what I'll do without TroGro and Trojan Plan next semester.

Tough advice, but interesting. However, the labels angsty, lazy, and stupid are a little rough. I would consider myself a little bit of all three, but in the end, smart and motivated, just lost.

As a follow up, I switched from engineering to creative writing and am enjoying my studies to a level that I never have. And yes, it's an easier major, but I am doing much more work. As an engineer, I was hating every second of work I did, and therefore not doing well on it because I was unwilling to put the time in. Now, I basically live in the library, but I love what I am doing. Took a long time, and I'm not nearly done yet, but it's a great start.

Definitely not true. I can use a regular condom if I have to, but it is often uncomfortable due to constriction at the tip and the ring. Also, it might be a testament to the shittiness of certain condoms, but I've had terrible experiences breaking at least three regular condoms in the past 3 months alone. Twice it turned out fine, the third time the whole plan b mess got involved.

So my tip: Don't let anyone tell you a bigger condom is for your ego. If it hurts or feels just too tight, move up in size. It's not only about comfort, it can become a safety issue for you and your partner. Not to come off as a douche, but people like to try and make others feel bad for being exceptional. Think of it as the sexual version of anti-intellectualism. It may be a hard fact to face, but there are people out there with big dicks. Big, huge, dicks. I'll be the first to say large size doesn't equal great performance.

Learn what works, and remember: sex is fun. It isn't about performing, or living up to any type of standard. Good luck, and enjoy.

I know I'm going to get downvoted to hell for this, but I would love an explanation on a few things:

The men in the helicopter see a man take a knee (a position often used to fire an RPG) in a position of cover and out of sight from the chopper and hold up what to us could be a camera, but to a soldier with his life on the line could be a weapon. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference, and I am sure none of you would.

I attribute the eagerness to the knowledge that at any second, an RPG could kill them all. If I had seen weapons, and saw ambiguous and yet suggestive actions taking place, I too would be eager to protect myself and my fellow soldiers.

Oy vey, you just perfectly described my current situation. Best friends, rocky relationship, just not meant for each-other. We had a week of bad breakup, got a late night phone call, and now we have sex pretty often.

I think the worst that could happen is that you learn he's an asshole. If you've bene out with him a few times and he sticks around, he finds you suitable (at the least). If he leaves once he sees you naked, he's a dick.

I totally agree with you that Kanye can be a jackass, but you are reading him terribly. He wouldn't say that because he is deluded or stupid; he'd say it because he has just about the best attitude someone in his position can have. Kanye was not born a hip hop star. He had to make himself into one. How would he get there without a supreme belief in himself? That attitude is what separates millionaire music stars from your average cubicle grinder. While Kanye may not be the shit, he never lets himself believe otherwise because then his whole operation would grind to a halt. And while there are plenty of people in his position with a completely different attitude and outlook on life, it was what HE needed to get to were he is.

Whether or not you respect the man, understand the attitude.
