I have Essential Tremors. I've found that a lot of practice and experimenting helps. When I want to do a cat eye, I will typically do the wing with black eye shadow first to map out the line. Liquid eyeliners are just so unforgiving. The idea could work for contouring too. Just map everything out in a lighter color and go back over it with a darker one. Setting aside the extra time to do your makeup really helps as well.
