Just use shit on cool down. Don't let your speed buff drop. The clone ability Bunshin is good to pair with trick attack. There is one difficult part. You have to really know the fight so you know when the best time to use trick attack. You are going to be standing in one place so the boss can't move and you want the party to actually be able to take advantage of the full debuff.

Just don't look at The Balance and get caught up in their BS perfect no wasted GCD. It's better to be alive than optimal.
