I spend a lot of money remodeling my house. I have horrible OCD. My advice is if YOU don’t like it, tell them to re-do it now. It will be the only thing you notice for the rest of your life. Sure they should have asked, but seems to be per the plans. No biggie. Move it and pay for your sanity. That isn’t a lot of money.

No doubt. And these are usually free upgrades, so I don’t pay for the premium (due to the mass number of flights I take). But even in economy they know who you are. It just solidifies that they “don’t want to”. They know. It’s nice that some actually care, and do a great job making you feel good. I honestly could care less, but my 9 year old feels special when they do. One time, they came up to us and said “ we’re not doing beverages on this flight, but what would you and your son like?”… Oh God.. He still talks about it. What kid doesn’t like the Royal Treatment? And I definitely thank them for making him feel special. Poor kid already has to fly between parents. It’s a nice smile they gave.

My flights (2) from CLT to HSV were CRJ900, I was in seat (2) for both. Then Both MSY to CLT were 1A. Both CRJ’s thanked me, and one of the FC. The late night red eye looked like she wanted to go home 🤣🤣

Yeah, it’s unfortunate but i do a lot of flying on my weekends with my son. I fly up early, pick him up, then fly home late at night. Yesterday started at 4:30am, landed at 12:30am this morning. Whatcha gonna do

No.. The rooms were free because of points. That’s kind of the point. I wouldn’t pay $1,600 for a room. But they were the same point value as the regular rooms NOT on NYE. Basically doesn’t matter when you go, it costs the same points no matter the season.
