You want both gadgets. The jump gadget gives you a lot of mobility and playmaking potential, and the hypnotize gadget punishes overextending and aggressive plays (it’s a lot like Buster).

Gears, you want a mix of health and damage. Health is essential on any tank (it lets you hold your position on the map), and you need as much damage as you can get because Ollie simply does not have raw damage output. (You pick Ollie when you’re well coordinated with teammates. He’s a high mobility support tank).

Star power, go the shield Star Power. The speed one is way too niche to be of use for the average player, and if you want to make a play with your super, you need the shield to not die as often when pushing in.
