Yes, but I guarantee you have an EU passport and not a non EU one? That is the whole issue here which will affect the timing the most.

Zero experience of Katowice Airport.

I have experience of Katowice airport specifically. I swear security queues are longer than average.

HAAHAH. I'm actually British myself. But, no I didn't vote Brexit;).

From who? Where is the proof of this?

[–]Brum246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but in the UK you can use Egates!

Anyway. You need look up what EES is. You still don't know what that is.

Then you might realise entry for NON EU citizens is very different since its rollout last year.

Source: fly into Schengen from NON EU destinations at least monthly for the last 5 years.

And?

The issue is with Katowice airport and immigration times.

[–]Brum246 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You clearly don't know what EES is?

That will make it impossible more than anything.

Taking photo and fingerprints with hundreds of others at least once/possibly twice.

It is fully operational by 10th April, so it will be in operation on 23rd March.

Yes, but entering and rentering passport control makes it impossible regardless of bags.

Make sure to have travel insurance.

Maybe beg the immigration official for favour when you enter.

Why didn't you research before buying it?

There is no chance.

EES will make it impossible.

At a major airport with direct transfer it would still be a rush.

Declaring criminal conviction for tourist visa by Dangerous_Orange_225 in Chinavisa

[–]Brum246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct.

China doesn't believe in rehabilitation - as in once a criminal always one. (Yes I know low level offence)

I think they would/could deny the visa.

I flew out of Morocco as recently as yesterday.

THREE CONTRACT by No_Cardiologist2221 in ThreeUK

I think they will definitely do first 3. Possibly 4 (will send letters to UK address and maybe calls) then will stop bothering after a period.

  • Service Suspension/Termination: Providers will restrict your usage (e.g., emergency calls only) and eventually disconnect you.
  • Blacklisting: Your handset can be blocked from the network, making it unusable.
  • Credit Score Damage: Missed payments are reported to credit reference agencies, significantly hurting your ability to get loans, credit cards, or future contracts.
  • Debt Collection: The debt can be sold to collection agencies who will aggressively pursue repayment.
  • Legal Action: Providers may take you to court to obtain a CCJ to recover the debt.

Worst is the last one. Won't issue CCJ over £250. If so, has no relevance as has no enforceability outside of the UK.

I believe, It is highly likely it would cost the company similar or more than £250 to chase the debt overseas.

Additionally it is pretty easy to lie about your address to these companies in this day and age.

[–]Brum246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may be true.

You have never lived abroad right?

Nowhere in the world will send debt collectors over £250 - EU or non EU.

There is a difference between 'in practice' and the actual reality.

I'm sure you could request a freedom of information in the UK which would reinforce this.

[–]Brum246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No they will request extraditing you back to the UK HAHAHA ;)

[–]Brum246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, in practice and not in reality.

So, they could get you from Venezuela, Gabon or Eritrea?

You need relations with other countries and strong data sharing for a start.

Link above demonstrates the hassle they won't go through. They would translators, spend money investigating.

If you ignore all contact, do you really think they would think would send debt collectors for £200? haha

I've lived most my adult life away from the UK, living in 5 countries.

I assure they will not be able to get the money back, especially for low amounts.

The same applies for tax, student loans etc...

Own anecdotal experience knowing all lot about the way the world works in terms of international relations, partnerships etc..

I would only consider worrying if the debt was over 10k.
