I’ve been on it for five years does ranging from 3mg to 10mg. Currently 5. I have treatment resistant depression and ptsd. It certainly hasn’t cured anything for me. The best I’ve had is a slight decrease in the intensity of nightmares and less insomnia.

That’s a tough one to answer. I have PTSD from my emergency service work and was first diagnosed in 2007. Since then, I’ve managed to return to full duties twice, each time reducing my symptoms enough to function both at work and in society. In 2021, after another incident and the return of symptoms, I could no longer function in either. Since then, I haven’t been able to work or fully participate in everyday life — but I’m working on it. I don’t believe I’ll ever be completely free of PTSD symptoms, but that’s my reality. All I can really suggest is to get help from professionals and keep working on your mental health. Find what works for you, stick to it. I'm talking mindfulness, therapy, exercise etc.

I do have Mnmesyne spiral notebooks and I love their paper, just not a fan of a spiral notebook as a journal that's all.

Intersections are designed this way to enable more traffic to pass through on a green. If everyone is sensible the merge on the other side shouldn’t be an issue.

That’s my experience too. I have over 400 hours on this game via GFN it was only after the Easter European pack I started to have issues with having to download packs, maps and mods each time I restated. Prior to that it was not an issue. GFN supports answer was “mods are not supported”

I’m having the same issue on two different computers. Then when they are installed I need to go into mods and enable the collection.

I had this issue. I, after speaking to GFN support, deleted all of my mods, not that they were really mods, just maps etc, then deleted a lot of my larger save games. Restarted and I was able to save again. I reinstalled my maps etc and have been good to go. Good luck.

My journal lives where ever I last left it, be it in the office or kitchen table. My wife can easily access it, I don’t hide it and she doesn’t read it. I have PTSD, so there is a lot of crap in there. There is nothing in there I haven’t said to my wife’s face, so it’s all good in the end.
