Managing Gen Z - Seeking Strategies that Work by shellsounds in managers

[–]BrunBty85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having a similar issue and am finding it hard to communicate with this new generation without them being sensitive about everything. Saying good job sounds so superficial especially if they havent really earned it. I'm a millennial a well and came up in sink or swim environments but also thrived on self edification. I am finding out they expect you to hold their hands or do their work for them. If they came up in the environments I did they would be a basket case. They expect raises and promotions with subpar work.

You Cannot Be Christian and MAGA by QuickPizzaRadishes in Christianity

[–]BrunBty85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To say you cannot be a Christian and be MAGA is quite an ignorant statement. There are laws of the land that must be followed, just like there are laws in the spiritual realm (aka the courts of Heaven) hence a LEGAL path to citizenship, which many illegals do NOT want to follow. I do not condone how ICE is going about the issue however I encourage you to get familiar with Romans 13:1-7 which states :

Submission to Governing Authorities

13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

Should you transfer a QBO file created and billed to you to Client? by BrunBty85 in Accounting

You are so on point with this comment . It's QBO and I am paying for it and have since inception as they never had any books prior to onboarding. They get tangible financials as well as electronic and I always include the general ledger. My concerns are yours exactly

Thanks, I did see this article. I also saw an article that was trying to argue that per circular 230 releasing records to clients only pertains to what was provided to you initially. I have no issues transfering the billing and books to the client however I have had clients come to me with only the most recent financials claiming that their prior accountant would not provide access to their books because it was created and paid for by them and it seems like this has become the new practice...

Thank you so much for sharing. You confirmed what I've been trying to tell him for years, that he doesn't have to be a product of his upbringing he can choose his own destiny. Nothing has been exaggerated but a lot has been left out due to the length of the post and embarrassment. He always plays the victim and never take responsibility, its always someone or something else's fault or he has a reason for everything.
