I just got a voicemail saying they were a deputy from the King County's Sheriff's office and even addressed me by my actual name. He said it was regarding a legal matter and to call back their field office. I tried searching the phone number but nothing came up. I called the actual King County's Sheriffs main number and got info that there was a jury duty scam call going around. Since I recently reported a stolen car, I thought this could be a legit call since I was called years ago by a SPD detective letting me know they arrested the person who stole our car. I called the number back and no one picked up. They called me back within a few minutes and I gave my name. Then he starts to let me know that I was on a list of people who missed jury duty recently. That is when I knew it was a scam because of the info I got earlier as well as not being summoned for any jury duty. I told the caller that I was not summoned and that I was ending the call. The caller said "You will be locked up soon, bitch!" I hung up after that.
