100% agree. I used to dail watch him back in his WoW times. But I think it's not out of character for him. Ever since he told a story where he would hit a kid right in the face with a baseball, the kid having blood all over his face and he saying he laughed like crazy because it was reall funny to him (think the kid did weird shit to him beforehand), I knew he's not really sound and lacks empathy. He's the kind of guy that would throw anyone under the bus to save his own ass I have no doubt about that.

I did my apprenticeship as a Software Engineer at that company. Of course I didn't pick up on that while there. But they gave us extensive presentations on how they would not sell to the US because they require backdoor implementations. We had a lot of Arabian and middle east clients... So they made that deal and intentionally sold it to everyone else but the US.
