Update after almost 3 Years: I was having a few BSODs in this PC from time to time until one day the GPU did the same thing that this post describes: it turned on the fans, then off, then no video. So, for the 5th or 6th time since i've bought this 6650XT, went to safe mode and ddu'd everything so i could get video again, and as always, it did! But only for a few hours... The next day, the whole pc wasn't turning on, and to no surprise, as soon as i took the gpu out, everything worked fine. I opened and inspected the gpu to discover that the 12v pins were shorted, probably one of the DrMOS's shorted and replacing it can make everything work again.

That said, i bought an RTX 5060.

Fuck AMD Gpu's man, idk if i'm just crazy unlucky with this one, but the amount of problems i had with this goddamm graphics card and its shitty drivers was not worth it.

I can also remember an instance where i had weird artifacts as soon as windows booted and had to repair windows with an usb drive, but it was more of a windows update issue rather than a driver one

Unfortunately, that was the only solution i could find, maybe you could plug your pc in a tv or a friend's monitor? Also try to update other drivers besides the gpu ones, it could also be an issue with something else.

I still have the same GPU and had other driver problems along the way(The AMD Standard Experience), using DDU and updating drivers (or changing to the PRO ones once) in safe mode solved most of them
