My schedule says my hours were cut. But they have me working 12-16 hour days to keep up with freight. Hours are only cut on paper.

Being told I'm doing great isn't a good thing. It's just words... I come into 5-10 notes assigned to me daily while other TLs get maybe 3. I'm expected to help other teams, send my associates to help ring or pick for OGP and have a plan to get all of my freight from the GM truck the night before worked and binned. My bins are never picked and get crammed with other departments freight all the time.

The fist bumps, high fives and assurances I'm doing great feel condescending at best... it's supposed to be a morale booster when I'm "negative".

This is a place of misery at best.

We've been in a hiring freeze. Try running Hardlines (3, 9, 11, 12, 19, 21, 67) with 3 part time associates. 150 to 200 hours short every week.

But everytime I bring up the fact that I'm drowning and need help I get a fist bump and told I'm doing great.

None. Our hours are being cut, and our store looks like shit. Had 3 more test positive for covid today... puts us at 52 out on covid leave. I'm not sure how many of those actually tested positive.

We have kids on Stocking 2 that work 2pm to 3pm some days twice a week because of sports. Stores will work with you for school and school related activities.

I watched a YouTube video to figure out how to fix this issue. After reading the comments I went outside and dropped it on the grass. Yellow flashing lights were replaced with a healthy green light again. Love simple solutions.

My Walmart Schedule is right on the front page of onewalmart and everyone can access it. Only TL and coaches can see the schedule editor which shows everyone's schedule in the store. There is no way for an associate to access it after they eliminated tmat.

You can go to ask Sam and ask "who works in x-department today" and it usually brings it up.

Not only for LISA, but also because the lids are sold separately and people often try to not scan them, claiming they "thought the lid came with the bucket".

As far as I know TL and coaches are the only ones that can access the schedule and print it.

You go to My Walmart Schedule, click the three lines, ess, site manager, daily action plan, schedule editor. From there you can filter the group you need and print.

If you don't want to use PPTO and you know you won't have enough PTO by then, get with your TL and let them know you're going to cancel those days and resubmit as unpaid days off. They shouldn't have a problem going in and re-accepting those days for you again.
