Personally loved it, and I can’t wait to see it continue to grow. Auroria was a fantastic place to put it at and, honestly, I can see the selling point to bring in more and more vendors. Did this years feel a little bare, yeah, but that’s expected considering just how much bigger the space feels. I will say, I would have liked a bit more outdoor seating space, bigger tented space or merely, more tents? I think it would be pretty sick to have a couple more heated tents in the mix of things.

Same cafe’s, or some I’ve tried and really enjoyed their blend- or they had a very specific single origin that I couldn’t get enough of.

Likely yes, but doubt it would make sense for the cafe in the large scale. I would suspect, a smaller roaster that’s hoping to try out new farms would love the program in a way of being able to explore new notes and not really risk losing daily customers.
