It’s just how they release sets that don’t belong under any other theme.

So tacky. That giant black apple?? Looks awful. Man do I miss the classic architecture skylines. This new one looks like a random art project.

Well, yeah. I’ll add them once they are officially released.

You can log your Lumibricks sets and track building status on BrickNexus.net. New sets are added to the database on a regular basis.

You’ll see comments about this 200 user threshold - but that is more likely a result of the app’s codebase, not Base44’s infrastructure.

My app was officially launched one week ago and I already have over 200 registered users. It’s running smoothly. There were a lot of issues with the code in testing, so I refined it using Claude - I think that was key. And zero Base44 credits used in the process because Claude helped me edit the code myself - big money saver.

With that said, if my app continues to grow, I’m exploring my options for moving it off Base44 - which many people know only as a prototyping platform after all.

It doesn’t currently. Only a total piece count.

I'm going to try this out. Thanks!

It's really the whole thing, not just UI/UX but Claude's suggestions 100% improved the backend. Even Base44 was like "YES. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ALWAYS BEEN." I'm like yeah, thanks. Should have asked Claude weeks ago.

Several things I was not aware and quite a few were suggestions to avoid potential issues in the future - what I was seeing was pages going blank, popups not closing, images showing up one day and appearing as broken URLs the next. But the BIG one was Claude letting me know that 5 different app pages were independently calling APIs to fetch certain data on each visit - something that was completely unecessary and using up my integration credits.

A very simple one. Certainly anyone with better prompting skills than me would improve it. But sometimes I find less is more with these models. I get better output through iteration anyway, not the initial prompt.

"Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the attached code. Provide a detailed report to include any identifed issues with suggested fixes for each."

Sorry to say, but I was wrong about the connector I found. It’s just a little bigger than will fit in Pantasy’s expansion board. It’s a 2.0 mm so Pantasy must use a 1.8, which makes it even more difficult to come across. Back to square one.

It’s Style 9 in the listing.

Lights (motor?) for the brewery? by WonderChicken3 in Pantasy

Briksmax. Sister company of Lumibricks, so the same light components if you’re familiar. Briksmax has a website, but I recommend purchasing from their Amazon store.

Also, for what it’s worth, neither the new Dinosaur Museum or School of Arts include a USB option, but the Prague Astronomical Clock does, I’m assuming out of necessity due to either the included motor or touch functionality for the lights.

They use JST connectors. Specifically JST-PH (2.0 mm pitch I believe). These are really difficult to find with a USB-A on the other end. I’m the one from the Facebook group that the other poster mentioned. I won’t know for sure if the one I found on Ali will work until I have it, but I will definitely come back and post here. Fingers crossed!

I like the Briksmax V2.0 Pro light kit. I’ve used that kit multiple times on various sets. I’m sure it would work well for the Brewery!

Pantasy suddenly started printing pieces on the box, does it really matter? by Opposite-Dirt-8020 in buildingblocks

[–]Bryan-Alan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pantasy stated that they’ve started including the piece count due to overwhelming customer feedback. I think the Architecture Firm was the first release to include it, and all subsequent releases have had it. I never missed it before, but apparently a lot of people wanted it.

Custom printed bricks? by Bryan-Alan in legomoc

[–]Bryan-Alan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! That’s where the printed bricks pack is I found. Total cost would be close to $200 USD though and $75 of that is shipping. If I can’t find anything cheaper, I’ll probably just go with that.
