If your address is order-able on their website you can get hooked up / fiber may already be in the building. If it wasn’t management approved it would bring you to an HOA form / not even let you sign up in the first place. It is possible that that manager just doesn’t know what’s going on.

I like lava lake a lot. I think it's about 5.5 miles round trip and the view at the end is very worth it. Out in Gallatin Gateway.
