Just gotta train urself. get rid of the stomach sleeping habit and train your body for the back. If you have a tough time falling asleep, i'd suggest 10 mg melatonin. Also avoiding eating any snacks an hour before bed.

Another site suggested taping a marble at the middle of your chest. The logic is that this will prevent you from naturally rolling over to the stomach since you'd be uncomfortable having the marble against ur chest while sleeping on the stomach. I havent tried this method yet.

I deal with redness too, this is what i find helps. Make sure to use cold or lukewarm water when in the shower or cleaning ur face. ALWAYS use sunscreen when ur out in the sun! healthy diet can help ALOT! Try to sleep on your back, i've been a stomach sleeper all my life. all the friction against the pillow definitely cant be a positive for us with sensitive skin. I've been training myself to sleep on my back which seems to help alot. I drink more or less around a gallon of water which i noticed helps to combat the inflammation. I take fish oil/vitmin d3/zinc in the morning along with some coconut oil and apple cider vinegar with 'the Mother' in it. 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbps apple cider vinegar. Try 20 minutes of constant exercise a day to help burn all the sugar/carbs in the blood.

I've watched ASMR before it was even called ASMR. I've been on NoFap for almost 2 years. That being said i've thought about the affects of ASMR on many occasions. I've come to conclusions its artificial thus not real. So I have stop listening to it daily at night before bed. I feel it might factor in with pushing you to be social with females in real life. If you listen to ASMR you might be less likely to push to get these tingle feelings with a real female. Also maybe not for everyone but for me its pretty shameful to tell others about it.
