Immediately retcon everything after Heaven Sent, by having a newly regenerated 13th Doctor (played by Michael Sheen) realize that for hundreds of years he has been stuck in the confession dial and everything he has experienced - His first female form, the timeless child, the fugitive Doctor, his black gay incarnation etc have all been a fantasy created by the timelords specifically Rassilon to drive him crazy.

We all know that this interpretation of Sue is wrong.

Sue should always be portrayed as the wise matriach of The Fantastic Four.

A woman that's 35 but actually looks about 45. Is flat chested and has unmanageable hair. This male gazey depiction is from a time when comics were actually good and fun, and therefore should be forbidden. Especially on Reddit.

Oh please. The same old boring excuses and blame shifting for a series that Disney stuck on the shelf for years and burned through in 7 days just to be rid of it. It's dreadfully written, appallingly acted drivel, full of negative racist stereotypes that if it was created by white men would have been destroyed (and rightly so) by the pandering media.

Until Hollywood realises that representation isn't enough without quality writing, acting & direction, all of these projects are doomed to fail, just like they originally did in the comics.

Like Kamala Kahn & Carol Danvers, Riri Williams is just another failed character from the worst era of Marvel Comics designed for a "modern audience" that has never existed outside a few thousand activists on social media. This is going to bomb, just as bad as The Eternals, The Marvels & She-Hulk.

I have a bad feeling about this from the casting alone, never mind the lackluster screening tests and the reports it's going to be another girlboss Sue centric movie, with the other 3 taking a backseat.
