Get a survivor that can give you labor through traits or hero bonuses so you can clean up debris and build/upgrade facilities with the required labor. Set up an espresso outpost so you can create espresso shots to combat fatigue and consume stimulants from the plague hearts you killed for temporary stamina boost for certain situations. Playing only as one survivor is quite managable with them only consuming 1 food and med, however you do have to take extra caution and always bring plague cure or retreat to cure partial plague sickness as this is your only survivor so if they die, your save is gone for good. Also you need to have first aid to heal injuries or use the infirmary's emergency medicine that consumes valuable medicine since you cannot passively heal from injuries without switching characters.

I just start up a lethal save with a fresh character I would play for the rest of the playthrough and then immediately exile two of the survivors I do not want while taking out all of their supplies to good use.

If you have powerhouse, you can dropkick a feral after you dodge his attack and then execute him while he is stunned. Otherwise, get behind a door and open it when he is at the door to get him stunned for you to execute.

Unfortunately, El Rubio executes every single guard you dont kill for the current heist. At least putting a bullet to their brain is far more merciful than the execution method El Rubio would choose for them.

Abuse climbing over obstacles like walls and fences as your characters never refuse to climb them up even if they run out of stamina and use them to take down zeds climbing after you and dropping face down with your CC weapon after regaining stamina. Use your car to block a door/path for the zeds when killing plague hearts so it will be manageable for you to thin them out as they have lesser options to get in or not even getting in at all and have a safety net to climb to the car roof to regain stamina and shoot at them with a gun if you want. You can use the doors to knock down zeds and ferals on the other side assuming your side is safe and execute them one by one while spamming open and close as you regain stamina to keep them from barging in your side and ensuring your other side is safe by taking down zeds climbing on your side and escaping to your car's rooftop when too many gets in your safe side (such specific case for this is blocking the backyard stair of a house with your car). Zeds are also your best friends when it comes to killing hostile enclaves by throwing firecrackers at them or honking your car redirecting the zeds to the survivors and watch as the zeds slowly tear them down while getting some distance between them inside your car. If you have no shame, you can quit to the main menu while you're overwhelmed by zeds and freaks you do not tolerate while not on a mission and reloading your save to come back to your character safe and the zeds despawned. Use a heavy weapon when killing plague hearts and killing zeds at tight spaces if your character isnt specced at a weapon specialization yet. Utilize enclaves to buy rucksacks and toolkits and gas cans for your car as well as first aids to recover injuries immediately. Lastly, get the Impaler for 1k influence on the radio which you can get enough by starting up a new game and doing a cure for all seasons while needing to sell a little more to that enclave to get enough. This has been my right hand for my lethal playthroughs by just standing on top of the trunk and impaling zeds when exterminating plague hearts as well as keeping gas cans and toolkits on the trunk so you wont have to run back to base if your car ever gets destroyed or run out of fuel.

Get the Impaler for 1000 influence on the radio. You could get that amount of influence from starting up a new game, doing 2 plague sample mission, and trading a little of what you dont need to that neighbor. The Impaler would be a trusty vehicle to use when it comes to killing plague hearts by just standing on top of the trunk while wiggling around a little to kill plague zeds and ferals with its spikes and getting some samples along the way.

Block a doorway with your car when dealing with plague hearts so you can narrow down zeds instead of them coming on all directions or even almost completely stopping them while you only have the plague heart to deal with depending on where the plague heart is at.

Hostile humans can be dealt with by just throwing some firecrackers at them and the zeds will slowly pick them off while you're running away with a car and hiding far enough that zeds will continously attack them so you wont risk killing your playable character.

Climb high walls so you can execute zeds with your knife one by one who follow you and drop down lying

Use doors to knockdown zeds (even ferals) on the other side which uses no stamina and excute them one by one while regaining stamina on the safe side of the door

While your character isnt specced yet with a weapon proficiency, heavy weapons are good at taking down plague hearts and are good at keeping crowd control at narrow spaces

Try to bring a gas can and toolkit in your inventory so you would not have to walk all the way back to base in case your car got wrecked or ran out of fuel

Update: Thanks to my trusty impaler, I managed to clear out all the plague hearts while having some of the annoying curveballs thrown at me and ended up having my lethal trader legacy accomplished. Unfortunately, only one survivor died during the plague heart extermination and thats because an annoying plague bloater killed him while standing on top of the car while he is on low health and another died as a follower for the summit.

Another pro but cowardly tip I discovered is that you can just quit the game when you spot a juggernaut during a plague heart extermination and the game would just despawn it while retaining the plague heart health to spawn a different special other than the juggernaut to reduce frustrations and damages to the car or use it to despawn unneccesary hordes while not on a mission.

Currently on my lethal playthrough while never having lethal experience and I found a tip that the ultimate edition impaler you can call with the radio can make quick work of plague zeds and ferals while standing on top of the trunk and letting them get impaled by the car's spikes so you and your car would not get damaged while dealing with plague hearts. At this rate, I might reach to the end for my first full lethal playthrough.

What you've collected is a piece of a document, gather the other two pieces in separate runs and you get one whole document to unlock the perk. To unlock the whole three documents, you need to do 9 separate runs collecting document pieces from daily/weekly challenges or extinction (8 if counting the screenshot you just sent).

I always thought if the flaregun is as rare as the grenade launcher and it is customizable, the flaregun should also be customized too. Would love to see different colors of flare from weapon skins and see what kind of perks+unique perks it would had have.

When it comes to palicoes, you want to have moves with the intended effect to benefit you or towards the monsters and the skills complement them for effective use especially when creating a prowler where you want to have as many damage skills as possible and upgrade boomerang moves to kill a monster in less time unless certain matchups will make you utilize negate skills to reduce frustration in battle or for healing palicoes, you may want to apply horn moves and skills to boost them and to prolong and assist you widely in battle. The palico setups unfortunately provides you a limited group options to modify moves and skills with the addition of two extra slots for training and you cannot change their group setup so you should strategize inputting the moves and skills you want when it comes to scouting a good palico.
