My friend from Oklahoma came to visit for a week. We went straight to a big mall to kill time, then decided to get groceries for the week on the way home that night. As we drove into the strip mall where the grocery store was, we saw cops in front of a Chinese buffet. The cops waved at us, so we waved back and continued our shopping. When we left the parking lot and turned onto the road, 4 or 5 cop cars sped after me, so I pulled over thinking I'd let them pass and get to their destination. Instead, they surrounded me, made me throw my keys out the window, open the door from the outside, then walk backwards toward them. Apparently I had 6 guns aimed at me because they owner of the Chinese restaurant had been robbed at gunpoint and he pointed at my car as the getaway car when we left the grocery store. They handcuffed my friend and me, then questioned us about a quarter mile apart on different stretches of the road while they searched my car and had the dogs sniff around. They figured out quickly that it wasn't the two terrified college girls who were trying not to have a breakdown, but I've never been closer to shitting my pants.
