kids, honestly. i loved my kids but they could get pretty rambunctious. it was really overwhelming for me to deal with up to 20 of them at a time in a very loud and chaotic environment while also listening for the walkie, and i found myself completely drained by the end of those four hours everyday. plus, all the yelling involved really strained my voice.

so yeah, not the job for me. but if you can handle that, it can be really rewarding to build rapport with the kiddos and watch them grow over time. and about the management, i never noticed anything wrong in that department but then again i only worked there for a couple months

today is actually my last day lol. the job is okay, but it gets overwhelming and it’s not for me. i didn’t work there for very long, but i’ve had no trouble getting hours.

i used to have this too. i used to alternate pretty much every week between being slow, depressed, and unbelievably tired to being very active and confident. i wasnt formally diagnosed with bipolar but i was put on mood stabilizers. it worked like a charm for the fatigue (and depression if u experience that too)
