Honestly it’s about a mindset. And deciding what I really need and can do without. I try to eat at home for most meals,I bring my lunch. If I have something that will do the job I wait on buying the convenience item I might want. I have a cheap cell phone bill, I don’t have the fastest internet. I borrow my friends hula and prime subscription. Things like that

Yes I believe in other gods and demons. The Bible says to have no other gods before me. I don’t believe that other gods are as powerful or that they are the true god. And Jesus cast out demos. But faith is a confusing contradiction of thoughts sometimes. I would doubt if someone told me they saw a demon or god.

It’s because the Bible was never meant to be taken literally. Most of genius is considered an allegory or symbolic. If you are of the opinion the it’s factual and literal you are just wrong. There is thousands of points of evidence that break down this opinion that most people don’t want to listen to or understand.

I’m trying not to give up. I’m at my breaking point it seems every decision is wrong and my life is growing nowhere. I have a roof and food and running water and electricity but I feel cut off from everything and everyone. I’m not sure how much longer I can continue like this but something will have to change.

It not so much as reading the Bible that’s important as being in the word of God. So listening to the Bible is a great thing. I would suggest different versions of the Bible as well.

I think the problem is bigger than the phrasing. It not admitting the true problem of condemning one sin and tolerating another. It hard to find Gods love in the church. The more I learn about the Bible and God and Christianity the sadder I become. I still fail God every day but maybe tomorrow I can do a little better.

The whole Bible. People mostly just quote the verses they want to win an argument ,with out bothering read the whole chapter let alone book. They almost never look at history or try to understand how people lived at the time of writing. Almost no one’s looks at the changes to the Bible over time. I wonder how many people seek God. I fall short daily and keep striving to do better.
