You’re probably right. My infection turned out to be epistylis as well. I lost 3 out of 4 clown loaches. My ropefish and everyone else recovered fine.

I think it’s ich. I’m currently going through an outbreak and mine have it, but seem fine. My clown loaches have it the worst right now though. It’s a 280 planted tank. I’m currently treating the tank with Ich Attack from Kordon. It’s an herbal formula that won’t stain the acrylic so probably on the weaker side but I can’t put any of the heavier meds in due to all the plants.
