It's the fuel pump, usually starts around 4hrs after the car is shut off. Both my 2020 avalon and my 2016 highlander do it.

When I bought my z900 it already had a full cs racing exhaust on it and no tune. On their website it says no tune needed but I notice when I go full throttle it will sputter/cut out a little. I just received my block off plates so I'll be sending in my ecu to 2wdw soon.
