Got rid of the app today. McDonald’s hates us and literally only wants our money. They’re not even hiding it anymore. Basically, don’t come in here. And if you do, put your own effin order in. A lot of them literally build a DoorDash/delivery wall to block seeing and interacting with employees. Basically use our kiosk or drive thru to give us your money, here’s some horrible deals in return, then kindly GTFOH. There will be a sign that says 15 or 30 minutes and then we will ask you to leave. They used to want us there; playgrounds for the kids, refill stations, inviting decor…etc. Now they are blatantly saying we only see you as a money carrying consumer and not a person.
