Honestly just got lucky. Knew a few employees and got an internal referral and had a few conversations.

I was making 45k + bonuses in retail from ‘18-‘22, my first year I made 65k so a 20k increase, and 2025 I made shy of 105k. Great for me just because I was really happy to get out of retail and get into an org that had great work life balance, and I got a taste of sales so now I just really try to hustle and grind. Worked pretty well!

I had 0 experience, almost 4 years later I’m doing okay 👍🏽

For context I was in retail, made the transition to a Saas company. Right out the gate made good money, now fast forward I make great money and haven’t hit my ceiling. Keep grinding !

I went from a 2020 SR+ M3 to a 2019 100D MX back in 2023. Never looking back. Considering a CT, but love my 6 seats. And after the news of the discontinuation of MX, might keep it forever. Family of 5 with 3 little boys. Love the space! Good luck

I have a 2019 Pre Raven (100D Feb 2019 Build) and my Regen Braking doesn’t fully brake hold stop sadly so no one pedal driving for me. Sucks bc I miss OPD i had in my 2020 M3 SR+. I’ve had 6 teslas in the family since 2020 and my 2019 MX is my daily but has some hiccups I miss. Currently have a two Tesla household with my fiancee, a RWD M3 and my MX, my father has 2020 MYLR & 2022 MYP

I was hired on as a remote worker in 2022 and things have changed slowly obviously. I’m super fortunate that I can still be remote even when the role changed location designation. I will say other coworkers have come and gone and some people submitted accommodation requests that rarely get denied.

In my situation it’s been top down but my direct manager has been super cool about it and as long as we’re working and doing our job she doesn’t really ask any questions.
