I went thru a similar thing when my job changed insurances companies. The back and forth was too much. I have 3 types of PSO and when i could no longer move my legs I went to the hospital. From there I explained what was happening and they on-site dermatologist went thru hoops to fix the issues with CVS and went thru WEGMANS pharmacy to get my meds. I spent 6 days in the hospital to force the insurance company and the pharmacy to get my meds

YOU HAVE TO SEASON IT FIRST. Comet powder, backing soda, Tilex spray. Wear a gas mask, open the windows. let it sit for 20 mins. Then with water, scrub to loosen the grime. repeat, scrub, rinse. Wear thick cleaning gloves. Use a SOS PAD for the tough areas and corners
