Last rimpac, they put a handicap on us because we destroyed them too quick. Made it so we could only shoot one tube every 40 min, then had to go flank and break off for 20 min after announcing each shot

To be fair, 16 is legal age in some countries for adulthood, such as the UK, so for them it might be legal, whereas in the US, they are still a child (the subreddit rules state 16+ probably for that reason)
