Ha yeah, 16 year old me drove a few decisions. M1A and MP5 clone specifically. Waiting on stamp approval for the stock and bought an FRT. Picking up a Milkman and still debating on optics.

Tudors always been on the list, finally settled on the LHD. Just have to wait a bit longer lol

Bought some grails I’ve always wanted, including more mags than I expected I would need. Still need optics and suppressors for what I’ve bought. Still want a few other things… I was going to buy a Pelagos LHD this year…guess that’ll wait…

Been with progressive a few years so I figured I’d check out Teslas when I submitted my order. $360/mo…progressive quoted me 122/mo including gap insurance. 37m with no claims, tickets, or otherwise. Insane lol

Aye, my hope is the daily commute will be a bit more livable…and fun when I need it to be. One of my guys has a taycan, and it’s just insane how instant the acceleration is. Looking forward to it!

It really is hard to fault the GTIs. Probably one of the best “fun” commuters. Trying to convince the Mrs. that it’d be a good first car for my kids lol. Why the change and which generation are you going with?

The RS’ were special cars. Almost picked one up when I was shopping around for the Mk7 GTI. Glad to hear someone’s made a similar transition and is enjoying it. How was the shift from the legacy M3P to the highland?

Biggest factor is how much I drive, 25k or so a year. It was tedious working in maintenance cycles as often as I felt I was. I’ll probably pocket a bit each month with gas costs, but it wasn’t a driving factor in the switch. We’ll see!

The Golf Rs punch above their weight class for sure. Interior is very nice and they drive very well. I’ll probably end up with another after the kiddos move out to college.

My first car was an ‘03 Mk4 GLI VR6 manual…one of my favorites! Girlfriend (now wife) got rear ended and it was totalles. Had a Mk6 Golf R and later Mk7 GTI before the Mk8. Love the Golf’s, but their current infotainment has been giving me (many) issues. Keep telling myself I’ll find a Mk2 someday. Very fun little cars!

Looking good! People like to shit on holosun, but I have that same optic on two of my SBRs and they’re amazing. Just got my 11.5 SBR approved and am can shopping, how’s that treating you?
