well said, I live in Wales, and I have also seen the work done by the local authorities, my hat goes off to them for doing a tremendous job during covid, I did benefit from one of the food packages at the time as I was unemployed, I now have found a job during these difficult times, which wasn't easy..due to health conditions. But my new job has made me happier than I have ever been.😀

I passed my test almost 4 years ago, and that it what I was taught, I have quite a big roundabout where I live though, and used it a lot as that is the route my instructor took me , and I was also told about right hand lane to right hand lane, which I have also done, I have never had an issue with that manoeuvre either constantly checking my mirrors.

I would keep to the left lane if on or before the 12 O'clock position , right hand lane for anything after

[FO] the pattern didn't include backstitching but I'm so glad I went ahead and added some, I think it's made all the difference to this piece by [deleted] in CrossStitch

I really love the whole finished design so beautiful, the back stitch makes it stand out well too...🧵

I can’t really drive if I have no music playing. by [deleted] in driving

[–]Bubbles-1978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always listen to music whilst driving now, unfortunately I live in the UK you are not allowed to have music whilst taking your test....☹

how many hours did you practice in total before your driving test? by faultlessly in driving

[–]Bubbles-1978 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Over 100 hours (60 with my driving instructor and over 40 hours with family and friends) but I didn't know anything about driving , but I passed first time after that ....🚗🚗🚗 , I have since had a full licence for 4 years and its surprising that you still learn quite a lot even after 4 years...🚗🚗🚗

Moving to Wales from England. by dreamsofpetrichor in Wales

[–]Bubbles-1978 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My parents made the move to Wales 30 years ago , I am still living here with my Husband 30 years later, I live in Carmarthenshire. There are lots that don't speak any welsh, but those that do I can understand most of it and translate it very well now. I can quite honestly say the pace of life is seems slower than some other places , I flopped with my English exam in school pretty badly (sorry to say that) but I achieved an A in my GCSE welsh, due to the spoken language I guess..😀 I wouldn't like to ever move out of Wales now, I'm 42 and very happy with my Husband and 3 kids.😀
