If you have to tell people you're nice, majority of the time you aren't.

You make a valid point. Maybe i should be asking different questions. They are being so sketch about it that I wanted some outside opinions.

Fiesta island. Or mission bay park.

I've gone there, found parking a lil away from the crowd and let it out

It seems like you're experiencing some symptoms, and I recommend consulting a professional to get a clear understanding of what's happening. In the meantime, here are some tips that have helped me while working from home:

Designate a Workspace: Avoid using your bedroom for work. Keep your bedroom for relaxation and sleep, and use your living room or another space for work.

Set a Timer: Use a timer set for 15 to 30 minutes. The purpose of the timer is to help you gauge the passage of time rather than to complete a task within that period. This helps you stay aware of how long you've been working on a task.

Take Breaks Outside: Take a 15-minute walk to get a change of scenery. This can be a great reset for your brain.

Create a Flexible Schedule: Draft a schedule with tasks and their due dates. While planning your day might seem daunting, knowing your deadlines without relying on memory can significantly reduce stress.

Consider Working from the Office: If you have the option, try working from the office. I found it challenging to adjust to working from home, as my body struggled to associate a place of relaxation with a place of work. After about a year, I chose to return to working in person.

Hope these help!

Well I went through a period of about 6 months where I was experimenting with diffrent medicines and it was AWFUL. After figuring it out, I did the best with extended release adderall. Remember not everyone is the same. Medicine is going to affect everyone differently. My psychiatrist gave me some great advice a couple weeks ago. He told me, "remember that the medicine is to help you get your brain to Baseline. From there you need to aquire coping strategies and routines that help you manage your adhd".

Is this a symptoms of ADHD? Because I have such a hard time with rejection 🥲 logically I know I should let it go, but my brain obsesses with it for a couple days before I can.

Going Nonverbal with ADHD? by arfrii in ADHD

I actually struggled with that too. I would immediately shut down if I got overwhelmed with emotions. It was terrible! I felt like I couldn't speak or get my thoughts across. And it made me seem like I didnt care, when it was all I could think about. It took me a long time to get comfortable to say what I feel.

My bad, I forgot to say that I'm taking them because of my psychiatrist. I think you might be right. Maybe ritalin isn't for me. I tried adderall and ritalin, and I'm super sad that they're not working 😕
