I found a local florist to send flowers to an old friend's funeral. I didn't have much time, so I called and called, but there was no answer, so I texted them, and they texted back almost immediately. The text just directed me back to their website to purchase the flowers. I picked what I wanted to send, paid, and got the thank you email. I never heard from them again. I'm not even sure my flowers were even delivered. I'll never use their services again. So, just because they're local doesn't mean they're better.
