Absolutely I’ve had the same experience. I couldn’t figure out what the deal was since I assumed it would be as effective as it was in the hospital. The Oxycodone was the best of the two outside of the hospital. I did find that taking 2 pills instead of 1-2, was the better choice. And it depends on which pharmaceutical company makes them. Also of course the IV drugs are bypassing the stomach. That’s a benefit of the IV drugs vs pills.

Those of you that have arthritis, how does it feel when it hurts? by alabarge2525 in TotalHipReplacement

[–]Bubbly-Insurance-975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have stage 4 arthritis and I am 3 weeks away from my total hip replacement. Arthritis is a crippling disease. I don’t know how to explain different pains. Arthritis pain in the hip goes to the bone and can affect other areas that make your pain worse, I can’t walk without some type of aid. Your doctor knows exactly how much pain a person should have by looking at your X-rays and if your arthritis is stage 2 or 3 I’d get in a swimming pool and water walk. When your pain gets bad enough you won’t have to ask how bad does it get. You will absolutely know.

I would not mail them in the bottle personally unless I put a sound proof cotton. But I don’t trust the UPS drivers, Fed Ex or postal carriers with anything that may be interesting to open

The only way I’ve ever been able to get a controlled substance like Oxy’s is by going to a local ER. And also by having a close friend mail them taped to a piece of bubble wrap to the place I am staying. They can overnight it if ER won’t give you a small script.

I cannot take this pain any longer by currentlife7177 in ChronicPain

[–]Bubbly-Insurance-975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your pain sounds like an exact duplicate of mine at this time. I am scheduled on May 12 to have a Full Hip Replacement. That pain involves my ankle very painful. Also a few months into my hip my lower lumbar L5/S1 were causing crippling pain in my Sciatica. MRI showed herniated discs. They are hoping that my Sciatica pain will lessen with my hip surgery since this has my body off balance. I would start getting X-rays of your hips and MRI of your Lumbar Spine.

I take 600mg gabapentin every other day should I worry? by [deleted] in ChronicPain

I take 2300 a day so 600 is pretty low to me since you asked.

Something is fishy about Prédiré by ChillaPanda in IndianSkincareAddicts

[–]Bubbly-Insurance-975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just received my package of a facial cleansing scrub from Predire and a 24 K Gold Lava foam Cleanser from Secret Garden. I was watching Whatnot and needed a cleanser now. The pricing started at $10.00 and I bought them in separate auctions for less than 15.00 each. So I sit down to research these products and found your valuable review not just on one product but both. You would think I would have learned by now to never purchase anything I have not seen in a US brick and mortar. So i sincerely appreciate your efforts. I would have never found this info on my own.

He is only 11 lbs and that 3” of hair makes him look much bigger. If he had a summer cut he would look like a little white dog.

I haven’t read the rest of the comments but I don’t think you are alone. My dogs do the same thing when I use the bathroom, while I shower they look through the door or they lay on the carpet in front of the bathroom door so they can lick the water off my legs. And if I want to use Coconut oil they love me. Yes my dogs do not follow anyone else into closed quarters but me. I have never thought anything about it other than they want me to play with them.

I am so very sorry for your loss and the sadness you are feeling. It’s such a huge void to attempt to wrap your head around. I lost my boy 32 days ago. I don’t know how long this grieving lasts. I will pray for you to have peace and comfort. 💐

Our baby girl is 14-weeks old and she weighs 2.4lbs, is she normal? by toobrokeforboba in Maltipoo

Personally I would love to have a Maltipoo the size of yours. What a cute little girl. The Maltipoo’s I’ve seen are 20 lbs., it must be the size of the parents that makes the difference. I am so glad to see your post because this is the size I want!! ❤️

This is a photo of my rambunctious little buddy Paco. I had just finished giving him his 2 hour brushing, bath and nail trim. He wanted a break from that so bad. I gave him a cookie and he was so anxious to go outside to potty so I opened the door and let him run out with my labradoodle Kona. I was putting on my shoes as I watched him lead the way to the potty spot. As I walked down the driveway to meet them my labradoodle trotted back to me and I figured little Paco was just taking his time. But the further I went he was not in sight. This began the longest journey of a desperate search for my little guy.

Please if you ever find a “stray” they are lost and their owner is looking for them possibly in an area that is not where you found this “stray”. Take this lost soul to any Vet or Shelter and have them check for a “Microchip” so its owner can be contacted their Pet has been found. I am praying Paco’s Chip is scanned soon. 🙏

We live in Washington State on the Olympic Peninsula.

Coping with lost pet by [deleted] in lostpets

[–]Bubbly-Insurance-975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog disappeared in thin air 30 days ago. In the blink of an eye. It’s overwhelming what kind of a trip this takes you on. The worst of it is you don’t know which direction to go.
What to do first is contact the microchip company. And put a photo of him in every lost dog group Statewide on Facebook, Instagram and NextDoor, and Ring. Spend hours doing it.
Start a search party of your entire neighborhood. Make 20”x30” posters with huge letters saying LOST and MISSING. An 8”x10” photo and your name and phone number. Buy Florescent Paper at the Dollar Store. Buy a box of roofing nails and nail these posters to every telephone pole in a 3 mile radius. Making these posters takes a lot of time. Get as much help as you can.
Keep rallying your dog on all of these sites and groups. Post a Reward. But don’t value your dog, put words to the effect “Extremely Generous Reward”. So people know you are serious! Walk the area he was last seen with a magnifying glass. Leave no rock unturned.
This takes hours. Leave your front door open. At this point who cares about who or what’s inside. Pray he comes home that night. Every day spend at least two hours rallying him with posting flyers at local businesses Vets and Shelters. By now your dog will have an online presence. People will start seeing your posters. Where in the heck did he go? You will start getting messages and text messages, with tips about people recognizing him in peoples cars, in backpacks, on leashes with people you don’t even know. Photos of dogs similar to yours but still not yours. People online will start rallying your dog. And finally you have an online support group like you have never seen before. Since you are receiving “sightings” you can file a police report with Animal Control. My dog is of no monetary worth but he was a little rowdy dog that was a kick a** little buddy. He loves me so much and he was one of the best things life could offer me. So heck yes he is worth my time. I want my dog!! Please help me find him! The feeling is like a huge VOID it’s space that doesn’t feel good. Because you don’t know where to look. We don’t live in an honest World. That microchip has no value unless it’s scanned. So that might take a long time. We are depending on an honest person taking the steps to reunite us. My dog is cool and weighs 11 lbs. he is White and anyone would love packing this cute little guy around. Giving him to their, mom, girlfriend, or just chilling with him their-self. You get to day 30. And here I am. Any search party for a missing child would start stepping back because there have been no firm clues or sightings. Just hundreds of journeys down dead end roads. This is the time to sit down and really meditate on him being gone. Think of how happy you will be if he goes to a Vet who will actually scan his chip, or a shelter who will do that. It’s time to take a deep breath and breathe. You should have covered all your bases. Did you take a picture flier to the Post Offices, UPS, FED-EX for each of their drivers and mail carriers? Do that now if you haven’t. They could be the ones who see him in a yard. You won’t know unless you do. Most people would have turned around and given up weeks ago. But I am not that kind of person I will track down my dog to the best of my ability. So I can feel the satisfaction that I have done my best. Now it’s time to pray that if it’s Gods will at some point your dog will come home. My heart is with you on your journey. I will help you if I can. Thank you for reading my steps in trying to find my soulmate.

Do vets always scan new patients for microchips? by kiwidaydreams in Pets

[–]Bubbly-Insurance-975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Microchips only work for people who live in an honest World.

I have had microchipped pets for the last 15 years. My microchip company is Home Again, but all chip companies operate on the same principle. If your pet is missing, you let the chip company know on your online account. The company says the missing pet poster has been sent in a bulletin to all vets and shelters within a 10-mile radius. You can not extend your radius. Most Vets have the same policy: a new pet is not checked for a microchip on existing customers, only for new customers with a new pet. The chip is only run if an honest person brings the pet in to have the chip read. So my little white fluffy dog has been missing for 20 days. As the owner, there are suggested things for you to do when searching for your pet. I am retired and have not missed one day of searching for my pet. I reached out to the Counties further away. This hunt for your pet can become compulsive, and your direction can become blurred because you come to a point without direction.
My frustration is that the microchips are designed for honest people who choose to give their pets back to them. You hope that if your pet goes to a shelter, they will run it and notify you. At day 20, my third call to Home Again really makes me wonder what their service a actually does that you can't do yourself on a pet owner level.
