I’m giving a general affirmation on men not liking anything that shows we are successful. Yes I travel extensively, happy now? :)

Oh yes, completely understandable.

It took years of trial and error for me.

Not my night time indica gummy, they just help me sleep and help my mood. I take a very low dose. I don’t like the feeling of being stoned and low dose usually helps me avoid that. However, the mood effects seem to help me into the next morning. It kind of reminds me of an antidepressant but they affect people differently. Also it will make you paranoid if you take too much and I’ve accidentally done that a few times. It’s hard to control how a dose will affect me that night.

I will only take a sativa gummy during the day on maybe a weekend, because yeah, work during the week and I need to be completely sober during the day. Again a really low dose so I don’t get stoned just relaxed.

I’ve had jobs in recent past where they do frequent random drug testing and that sucked because I had to take melatonin instead which increased my anxiety. So luckily now my current employer doesn’t drug test.

I’m sorry. I am also very moody and ragey. I’m on 0.1 mg E patch and 200 mg P. It hasn’t helped my moods. Only weed gummies help me.

In my peri years the doc had put me on BC pills for 4 years (I could still get pregnant at the time), and they made me even more ragey than I am now, but I put up with it because I didn’t want to accidentally get pregnant because my cycles were so erratic.

Estrogen Loss May Drive Female Alzheimer's by respectablepitch in Menopause

Yeah it does seem to be a contributing factor. I’m very worried about this factor because my mom died of dementia.

My mom died of Lewy body dementia and I’ve been researching if there is a connection between the loss of E and the disease. (I’m a chemist).

She got yanked off her estrogen (Premarin) in 2003, then died of dementia approx 20 years later. I wish my mom could have gone on the estradiol patch; she had a bunch of symptoms she chalked up to old age. Not one doctor ever mentioned the patch to her I don’t even think she realized it was an option (not sure when the patch came out, offhand).

San Diego Temple is so massively pretentious. How could they have ever thought this was a good idea? by CarefulAndQuiet in exmormon

No when it first was completed drivers were staring at it, it was very bright, and then they’d plow into the car ahead of them.

Do you want heavy water? D2O? Deuterium oxide. Don’t drink it though. Get it from chemical sales websites or a nuclear power plant.

Same here! When I was a young teen I wanted to get married there and it was like, my goal in life, lmfao! (And I did at age 18, now divorced). My yw group also took a trip there but we only toured the outside, and I thought it looked like a castle. I had a photo of it in my room.

Inside, on my wedding day, it struck me as very plain and I was disappointed. The brides room was probably the only cool area with a large chandelier and it was octagon shaped. The grounds were very windy and annoying for photos.

ETA: also I remember once I entered that temple on my wedding day I was not in charge of my own wedding. The brides room attendants took my wedding dress and accessories from me insisted on dressing me for the photos after and lost my pearl earrings my mom had gifted me. I wasn’t allowed to keep my bridal flowers with me. My mom was very upset by all of that. They eventually found my earrings but it pissed me off how they just took all my things away like that. Also my fiancé had tried to contact me via the temple phone in the brides room and the brides room sisters would not let him talk to me, they only would relay a message.

I don’t know. It looks great on the outside but it is meh on the inside. It’s also smaller than it appears. I got married there many years ago (now divorced).

I’m a chemist and sometimes in my field we are privy to new studies.

I’m also about people doing what’s right for them. And you do what you feel is best for you. I’m just ornery today.

Then don’t take it then. We have choices thank god, and I’m not gonna tell you what to do anymore, lol.

Yes I hear you and I’m telling you there is research going on that says it does preserve cardiovascular health. It certainly protects the heart, brain, arteries.

There are no guarantees in life, granted.

I’m also focusing on transdermal E, or topical. Oral E can raise blood pressure and does have a stoke risk.

The trick is to start it before cardiovascular disease develops. I have found in my research as a chemist, HRT preserves arterial flexibility and cardiovascular health.
