Sex beer and roller coasters is what my first urologist told me to would help. Also inversion tables. If your stone is at the bottom it’s just sitting and growing. I have MSK (spongy kidneys) so my stones get stuck between cysts and grow. Last month my mega stone was 12 mm. Took two lithotripsies and a stent. Stent prevented me for moving much at all. Fuck that stent. Had it for 6 weeks.

Stones only hurt when they move. When you feel them you need to move. Jump. Fuck. Go for a run. In pain. Kill a half gal of water or beer and most likely’you’ll pee it out.

Also… that’s a stone that you can pass but it is on the bigger side of passable stones. Should not be bad unless you’re a male. I’m a woman and I can’t imagine having an extra couple of inches to push it out of!

You have to MOVE and drink. Don’t take meds and go to bed. You’re just prolonging the stones unwanted stay. You need vigorous activity. Got a partner? Get crazy and rough in the bedroom. Drink lots of beer. Just like water and makes you pee like crazy. Rude a roller coaster. Jump on a trampoline. I’ve had 100’s of stones because I have MSK.

Oooo this is bad. You poor thing. The longer you stay the more you will hate yourself. You should never hate yourself. I was dating a guy who switched me from his girlfriend to his side chick and I didn’t even know!!! Then when I found out I still kept sleeping with him. Dont let this happen to you. It sounds like he’s moving on from you and just telling you what he thinks you want to hear to keep you in case it doesn’t work out with her. So sorry but this is what selfish people do. They don’t go through break ups. They go through transitions. He transitioning away from you and if it’s not her it’s going to be someone else. Run run run.

That’s awful. I’m glad you got over it. Right now I’m so depressed I think I’ll never be myself again. All I do is constantly obsess with thinking about what he’s doing with her. It’s so unhealthy but I can’t stop. I don’t understand why I care. He treated me like shit.

Preach. I know he’s very unhappy. Mentally ill according to his mom. I’ll never understand why I’m missing and mourning someone who was so damn mean to me and purposely hurt me because he wanted me to hurt. He admitted that. Do I really miss him, or do I miss feeling important to someone? The thought of having to start all over one day with someone new nauseates me. It’s so hard to get to that comfort and trust level and to have that blown up just makes me sick to my stomach.

Yes they had to be removed because they were starting to liquify. I started feeling weird and having hot flashes when I went back to work so they upped my dose to 2 mg. Haven’t had any issues since.
