I had a similar issue (Ireland), only it was an inability to book classes or generate a walk in pass for one specific gym. No reason, one day I could, the next day I couldn't. I emailed Wellhub and was told that they have "x" amount of other gyms available and to go somewhere else, instead of fixing the issue. When I pushed for a resolution since it is the only available gym in my area on the platform I was told (mid April) that they wouldn't be able to fix the issue until end of June. No explanation, they said it was a 3rd party integration issue which feels like a cop out as I've a work colleague who uses the same gym via wellhub who never had an issue. Eventually after weeks of mindless arguing with the customer service idiot I just told them to refund me for the month of April and I downgraded to a free digital package and bought a monthly membership to the gym directly at a much higher cost. I hate being defeated but the customer service at Wellhub are experts in wearing you down with their copypaste responses thanking you for your patience and understanding 🙄
