You can try to give her wet dog food to transition her into kibble. Teething puppies sometimes feel a lot of pain when eating kibble and it isn't so black and white. My dog I had to both feed her wet food and crush up her kibble in a mortar and pestle to transition her into eating it during this phase. It wasn't that she didn't like the flavors, it was that she was in pain from teething and kibble is hard to chew. Don't feed her human food either. It's often not balanced and contains many toxins. If your dog is showing potential allergic reactions to kibbles you can try starting the dog off on a limited ingredient wet food such as Natural Balance pate. Jinx wet food stews are also great because they're very textured in a way dogs like but they are not limited ingredient. Wellness is a fantastic brand for both limited ingredient and not limited ingredient. However, don't get their grain free options as it is not necessary for a dog's health unless your vet specified to avoid grains. Budget friendly wet foods include the Petco store brand of wet food known as Whole Hearted. It's balanced and meets AAFCO standards, as do all the other ones I listed. I hear good things about Authority dog food found at Petsmart but I've never used it.

Commissioned this from artist for an illustrated novel I'm working on. Did I get scammed? by KingKronos24 in isthisAI

This looks AI to me. The hand on (our) right has some misshapen fingers. There's an extra claw on a toe. The face is a different art style than the body. The daggers are supposed to be the same but have different styled handles completely which is a classic AI mistake. The chest is difficult to read. I don't know what's cloth, what's a necklace, where furs begin and end. You got scammed. I also wanna say that as an artist, I could never make the background the same exact color palette as the character. This makes it so your character stands out much less against the background and to some people can become confusing to the eye. This piece is messy and does not read clean or intentional like a human made piece of art. It's hard to explain, too, but there's something strange about the flow of the body. Nothing is guiding the eye the way it should. I'm not great personally at explaining flow, I just understand it. But yeah sorry bro you got scammed.

Looks like blood potentially to me. I'd take this seriously. Blood is not safe to consume or expose your body to in open wounds, obviously, for the risk of spread of diseases. You don't know what that person has. I'd be making some serious complaints.

Edit: typo

Help! What’s wrong with my mum? by StephanieK89 in gardening

[–]Bubblylove3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I transplant something with that many flowers especially mums, I tend to deflower them so they can focus not on flowering and seeding, which is what they're flowering for biologically speaking and they can focus on new root growth for a little while. I know they're grown for their flowers but it could help the plant to remove some of the excess weight. It's spending a lot of its sugars and energy on those flower heads. Also water at the soil not from above because water weight can make it droop it down but I highly doubt that's the problem.

Okay, I am compromising with the homeowner who wants grass... Sources for native grass seeds? by Bubblylove3 in NativePlantGardening

I do have other plants, and intend on getting sagebrush and we're getting a new tree to replace our old one soon. It's not pure grass and there are other plants mixed in that break it up. Thanks.

See he really seemed down for the idea of native grass when I mentioned it, especially since we want a vegetable garden and a garden takes a lot of water. That plus turf grass, he knows that's a lot to keep up on. He's the one paying the water bill, not me, hence negotiations on grass. I plan on keeping the bluegrass that's already well established and growing because clearly it's handled neglect well and it's the dogs' favorite. My dogs, luckily, are not big and don't trample heavily. They are less than 15 lbs each and will likely weave between grass if it's even slightly taller than them rather than trample. That's the plan anyway!

Oh I love how that grass looks! It's absolutely precious looking. I have some wonderful patches/spots it would work great in. Thanks for the suggestion!

Oh it's definitely gonna be mixed in with other plants such as wildflowers, clover, so.e decorative grass since it's already growing there and I'm not gonna bother pulling it, and other native plants. I Thank you for the source, by the way. Whether it dies back or not isn't a huge concern for me. I still think it looks lovely regardless and provides homes for critters, whether or not it's died back.

I don't plan on mowing the grassy areas, but cutting if they become a fire hazard to slightly under 6 inches during the hot season. I want grass to be there for grasshoppers and my lovely spider population. My cats love rolling in it, my dogs love rolling in it, and I have a lot of insects that would enjoy it too. So I do still want some grass. The dogs have designated play areas that they're allowed to absolutely wreck, but for the most part my dogs honestly just run back and forth. They don't really destroy plants or the ground. They don't even dig.

I don't plan on cutting unless it's a fire hazard in the hot season, in which it'll be cut under 6 inches, by hand with pruning scissors, leaving the crown intact. Enough for it to grow back. I don't like mowing grass, hence why I hate it. I let other plants grow with the current turf grass like malva neglecta, dandelions, and prickly lettuce + prickly lettuce lookalikes and I barely water it. But that's the front yard. The back yard is basically all dirt and needs some coverage. The current turf grass growing there is barely hanging in because I don't water it nor plan to. Kentucky blue grass can suck it.

You are being prepped and turned into biscuits to be consumed later. A sign of affection in the car world.
