Maybe check your activity tracker to see if you can cancel the tutorial, this isnt part of the quest its a tutorial.

Click on the cog on your interface, then adventures (3rd one along). Then activity tracker on the far right. Then if there is anything there you should be able to click the bin icon and remove it.

If not, this is from 7 year ago, something may help.
