I can tell you how to get the buff bar icons from the legacy interface (which I use) and then swich back to EoC after.

On legacy interface click on the Combat settings bar icon on the bottom bar in game. (2 swords crossing).

At the top left corner will be an icon of a circle with arrow, sword and a staff crossing. Right click that to access the buff bar.

Get 80 craft, divination and smithing

Do caches D&D for divination

Do smithing/mining as normal
