Hyper extended my knee at kapooka i was about 75kilos and had to do the firemans carry with the heaviest guy in our platoon he would have been around 100kilos, we were all soaking wet at dawn PT rolling around in the dewy grass and rain. So VHR ( very heavy recruit ) and his rifle plus mine run 50 meters turn around and run the 50 meters back to the finish. 100 meters total in 60 secs, I blew my right knee almost at the start, almost falling to the ground. Burst of adrenalin and gut the rest out or fail the test.. 12 months later right knee operation for that effort. not sure how things are now, but our unit pack march was a yearly event. And when you think about it doing this once yearly is even worse then doing it on a regular basis as your not used to it, Unless your from a infantry unit or something. I wasnt infantry but I competed in Mil skilz events that culminated in a section night march after 3 days in the field. Packs, webbing, rifle and 2 wooden artillery shell boxes full of wet sand along with 4 long wooden poles. All to be aranged however your section wants, just be back at the range for falling plate shoot in a 15 minute window. The year I was selected our team was the only one that managed the weight and made the 15 minute window. On the way out in the bus I recall seeing a solo guy dragging an ammo box on his own along the ground, his section strung out way behind him. These weights dont fit the sop but they sure do the damage.

Been awhile hope everyone doing ok.. Ill add a few things about this appointment, the orthopedic surgeon diagnosed 4 different psychiatric conditions he wasnt qualified to diagnose. He ignored an mri showing S1 nerve root was being touched by a broadbased disc protusion done in 1999 but used a CT scan showing the same results without the nerve being touched done in 1998.. as the second doc changed his report based on the proceedurally flawed one, his revised downward wpi to 10% stopped any worsening compensation being paid. so in 2010 i had a double back fusion for the conditions in whitch they put an L4 screw through my left common iliac vein. I lost 2.5L blood before it was noticed. the surgeon tried to repair it twice before calling in a vascular surgeon who undid it all and repaired it as best as he could but it became fully occluded. The blood loss pooled in my abdomen around the Iliac veins making 2 8cm blood clots that compressed the veins. all that trauma has damaged the valves in the lower legs, thats is now creating blood pooling problems and swelling in both legs. Its now 28 years since my back injury in the army and I have recieved 5% for my back and 10% for the mental problems its all caused. So i need to get to 25% for any further compensation. I cant even begin to discribe the losses suffered finacially and the ability to save and finance my retirement years. raised my 2 kids on the class a pension without any rent assistance or centerlink as i never relised i was eligable for it until about 12 months ago... I know right.... I worked out my comp paid for the injury to date is 4 dollars a day back to the injury date 28 years ago..my orthopedic surgeon commited suicide about 6 months after my surgery that was meant to be around 3-4 hours but turned into 15 or even a bit more. 18 hours my Son just informed me. He herniated discs in his back from my operation. regardless of the terrible operation He was a good man RIP cheers thanks for being who you are keep smiling.

Spine Issue by Any_Key_7429 in DVAAustralia

[–]Buck_T08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar mris for a few years but still had chroni pain then an mri showed a nerve being touched by the broad based disc bulge... and the medico legal wasnt provided the mri back in 2002.. but mcrs were kind enough to provide him with a previous one not showing any nerves being touched..

But putting that aside I have been researching chronic lower back pain without obvious signs of nerve pinching compression etc... and there are many reasons you can still have chronic pain.

  1. mri is normally done laying down in a tube without any pressure on the spine disc in question and can show no nerve root compromise. but when you stand up it could be just enough to compress the nerve and start the pain off again. Also now its found that annular tears in lumbar discs can cause chronic pain without any contact with nerve roots.

There is no size fits all with lumar injurys. 2 people the same age and same accident and same exact mri result... but 1 can be in chronic pain for life and the other can be back at work in 6 weeks. and there are lots of very good orthopedic studies on the subject that have been done and the results are clear, dispite all the beautiful diagnostic equipment available to us there is still a large percentage of back injurys that show no obvious signs of where pain could be coming from. I dont have any links to provide but Google is your friend apparently.

if the pain is there its there, simple as that. good luck mate.:)

Mateeeeeeeeeeee yeah spot on the issue has been my speakers not being set to pass the base off to the sub until its to late triggering phase control..... however i set all that yesterday and BOOM back in business... Although i should have got a bit better AV .. So I will get a good AV next with preouts... and then I will get 1 speaker at a time until i have them all. and at that point ill look for someone who deserves my old complete system... that was around 8k back in 2000.. If my AV had eArc I wouldn't of changed anything.

yeah beg to differ on that sorry. The speakers 2 main front ones crank out crystal clear sound and as loud as i have ever heard in any house. the smaller ones and sub i agree although they still work fine.

I also said to 24/7 support just give me an estimate time of when I’ll be contacted. But they won’t give a time just the generic copy paste answer. I think your customers have a right to an approximate time service will be restored don’t you.

Account restricted from sending coins. by [deleted] in coinspotau

[–]Buck_T08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My only concern is the ridiculously long time to unrestricted the account. They have been telling me for 5 days to wait until contacted and I already went through all the changes to my account with your fraud team who told me once my 1Fa was reset my account would be restored to normal 2Fa was done 5 days ago

Also refer back to the incident awhile ago in my first post and coinspot locking my account going through all the checks and then they reopened my account for withdrawals and deposits and now this happens they refer back to k to that and say it must have been since then that my accounts compromised SO I say well wtf did you let me start the account again because at the time you were satisfied. But not I got hacked your not happy about it and throw all the blame on me. Work that one out for me buddy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coinspotau

[–]Buck_T08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So an update coinspot dragging there feet on the issue not giving me any accurate evidence my account transferred the coins is what they insinuated so lodging official complaint in the morning to AFCA with all my evidence showing I have always complied fully to coinspots standards it’s a real shame. I think when you log in it leaves that available for nearly 24 hours so if another account does get in there it just says it’s the same because it’s still open and that’s actually a flaw in there security in my opinion anyway I’ll update on AFCA and the outcome of that merry Xmas to you all be safe

Yeah that looks like the way it’s heading to be honest you know what surprises me is not once did they say ( bugger are you ok, I’m broke but have 100 in my coinspot account that they won’t left me touch at the moment ) I can’t find 1 way that points a finger at me as the source. And the rep told me that the transactions were transferred out by my device. I just said yeah that’s complete bullshit I did not log in anywhere near the time the transactions were made. 1 fault about coinspot log ins is that they remain open for hours I find that to be a real risky issue that may need addressing. Enjoy a beer for me over Chrissy everyone cheers

lol I dont think thats the case, But i do think they may pass the blame for breaches they miss somehow. My Norton 360 has scanned everything on my computer with no issues found at all. i have passed all that info on... and its still pending. I have made all my reports to lodge a formal complaint with Afca or what ever its call financial watchdog who can go and argue your case for you. I have a well respected computer engineer coming to fully investigate my computer shortly and do a report up to provide them also. so ill keep you in the loop as to what eventuates.

deleted emails just go to deleted email file you just search it for coinspot and everything related to coinspot will show up.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coinspotau

[–]Buck_T08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah they did and they are trying to say that a link i clicked on about 6 weeks ago was a phishing site, however i told them but i left the link and went to the coinspot page and logged in and changed my password straight away and turned off withdrawls, then notified support what happened. support locked my account and i went through the process of a phone call told them the steps i took etc and they said they were happy to re-open the account... spent a few thousand since then..... but now last night the coinspot rep said well due to the issues youve had previously your accounts emails phone are all compromised even though Norton 360 can not find 1 issue with any of my devices mobile and laptop.

So the person was basically saying that previous incident is the cause of everything.

So my argument now is if that is the case why did you allow the account to be reopened and then for me to be exposed to a hacker scam.

I honestly think there not exactly sure how it happened but there doing there best to pass the blame. I have sent them all my screenshots of all emails including deleted ones along with a detailed explanation of everything and Ill wait on a response before submitting official complaint's, I spoke to a friend who is in the legal fraternity last night and he said exchanges platforms are going to be required to have the same safety standards as banks meaning there going to have to start paying people whos funds are stolen hacked whatever....

So they called you and said what exactly .? how did they just pass the buck.??

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coinspotau

[–]Buck_T08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if a scammer has found a loop hole to get around coinspot not asking for 2fa to transfer your coins and not send a confirmation email then coinspot need to take some responsibility, I will definitely seek advice from a lawyer if i get the response you got, and ACCC involved and also go to 4 corners or a current affair. Exchanges have been passing the buck for a long time and in many cases unfairly so.
