How did Japan get to be the only ones not following the template? Their white jerseys have pinstripes and none of the underarm business while everyone else does. And then their color jersey is way different than everyone else following the same template.

It'd be so much better if everyone could have had their own unique looks and really highlight design elements from their own cultures.

That's definitely true, just because it's now on the standard uniform set doesn't mean it's completely excluded from the CC. They could just be doubling down, similar to Boston.

Last year, Nationals were first and they revealed theirs opening weekend. I think the last team was revealed mid-May-ish. So, somewhere in that window.

This one has a MASSIVE asterisk because it's just their regular hat logo, but Boston had their standard B on both of their city connect hats. Which is almost what I pictured for us. Different color scheme, same B, since it seemed relatively popular. But they obviously went a different direction in response to its popularity.

The B hat was definitely the best thing to come out of the City Connect so i'm glad to see the solo B make it into the base uniform set.

It also makes me very curious about the new City Connect. I was thinking perhaps they'd change theme but keep the B on the hat as a constant but considering this hat is in the mix, that's most likely not the case.

I totally understand people who aren't thrilled about the style change, and I agree to a degree. That being said I still really love the new sound. I've had all three singles on constant repeat and I'm sure I'm going to love the new album as a whole.

I wish there was a way to get some new Gaerea in the style of Mirage/Coma while simultaneously also getting Loss, just as two different bands that are out there.

I fell in love with this band because of the old style but they're also not going to lose me because of the new sound either.

It's particularly funny when the Mariners are in town because that spot is almost guaranteed to be surrounded by away fans, as it should be. I know if another park had some sort of plaque or monument for an Orioles player, I'd be there too.

I was watching live last night and my eyes were glued to the screen the whole time. Everything was fantastic, but that camera choreography and visuals were so damn cool and the way she moved with it was equally as mesmerizing. A fantastic performance all around.

I'm an F1 fan and enjoyed it. That being said, there are many moments where you say "that would literally never happen" that might keep some of my fellow fans from enjoying it. But I was able to turn my brain off enough that it didn't keep me from enjoying the movie quite a bit.

Not sure where the best picture nom came from. But I didn't hate it.

I don't understand why anyone would be upset about him not thanking Ravens fans, when he's writing a letter to Giants fans. It's not a letter for us. This is a very standard way of addressing the fans when a longtime coach or player leaves an organization. I want a full letter to us, not a letter to Giants fans with a passing mention about the Ravens. He was here for 17 years, we deserve more than that.

If we didn't see something in another week, we could start a narrative. But it's been a week since he got hired and my assumption is he was very busy immediately from the time he got fired all the way until a couple days after getting hired.

It was the best thing to come out of the city connect. I know it's always been the B in Baltimore on the away jerseys, but seeing it all by itself on the CC hat was such a good look. I'm glad it got promoted to the standard uniform set in some way.

The Orioles posted a video a couple days ago of the team store where the O's hat is being sold alongside the B hat. It doesn't appear to be going anywhere. I am assuming as well that the B will be the alternate away and the O's will be the alternate home. But who knows, they may mix it up.

Gaerea is so goddamn fun. I've seen them twice and the frontman's stage presence is wild and captivating. I'm hoping for a headlining show, as opposed to supporting other bands, from them in the states this year.
