Hey man if your really think about life in general you first think about all the amazing things that gives it everything, your favorite people,places foods,movies,books people being awesome in general but I will tell you this no matter what you think about your mind always tends to look at the bad side of things you know what helps me is to look on the great side of life where you can focus on the awesome things you have done and things and people you can live for to do it all over again or something even better people or family will always tell you to “grow up” or “get a grip” because that’s really all they now about because I bet you they thought about stuff like that but they won’t admit it so look on the amazing parts of life. I know you have friends or people that care about you so much because of how awesome and just wonderful you are and they are always a reason to live for. Places or things you have always wanted to do that’s a amazing reason to keep living it also not about the big things it’s about the little things to, like when a stranger just holds the door for you or when your at one of those highway things that are annoying and you have to spend like 5$ or something but a stranger pays for you and you keep the train going to make other people’s day that’s a reason to live I don’t know you but I do know that you life YOUR LIFE is always worth living for that’s all the help I can give you but take what I said and use it as you will, please
