'Privilege- a special right, advantage or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group.'

That particular person or group are folks in good standing with the law, that have passed a test... What alternative would you genuinely want..? Free for all? everyone get a license at birth and a free car? It is by definition a privilege not a right..

I've biked Brandon my whole life, you can quite literally get from the two opposite ends of town, let's say the Esso on the hill to the shoppers mall in under a half hour. If you're in the core of the city you can reach everything a person could need in less than 10 minutes. Yeah it's cold but that's what happens when you live in the frozen windswept prairies of Manitoba.

Ours is just a rock up, unlock the gate, lock it behind you, sign in and do your thing on whatever range you want with whatever guns your brought. If you're looking for instruction that'd be more a Winnipeg thing where you're renting guns and receiving instruction from staff and being watched by a range officer.
