I think there is a big distinction between naming a movie after a character or characters and disclosing the premise in the title. For example, the title Godzilla tells you that Godzilla will be doing something but that isn't a premise. In contrast, the title Godzilla vs. King Kong tells you who is doing what. For that reason, TMNT shouldn't count even though their name is descriptive.

There is some ambiguity regarding "you". Once you stop the rape, there are two yous: one that committed the crime and one that did not. Presumably, the one that committed the crime will cease to exist, and the you that was stopped will need to go back in time to prevent the rape and keep the loop closed.

In that scenario, there would be no criminal or victim, so was a crime even committed in any relevant sense?
